Where are my secret advanced upgrade bonuses?
You'll find your secret advanced upgrade bonuses on step 8 of the ListHero account creation process. Just go through setting up your ListHero account and everything will be revealed to you (but only if you've got the secret advanced upgrade!).
You'll also be able to download and access all your upgrade bonuses at any time from within the main members area, only once you've completed all the ListHero account creation steps.

Do I have to have a website or newsletter before I can use ListHero?
You must have some form of a newsletter and professional autoresponder set up either before or after you've created your ListHero account.
We do recommend you have
a website to add your ListHero optin (squeeze) box to, this way you can build your list quicker and earn affiliate commissions in the process.
If you don't have a website yet a quick, easy and free way to get started is to open a Google Page Creator Account which gives you free webhosting and easy website creation tools. All you need then is content for your website, you can get this from here ...again for free. Once your site is set up just add your ListHero Squeeze box code and you're in business!

Where can I get a super-powerful professional autoresponder from?
We highly recommend that you go here right now and open an account with GetResponse. As far as we're concerned they're the very best autoresponder service on the market and will help you to publish your newsletter or follow-up email course in a way that's both affordable and reliable.
Please avoid using the autoresponder given to you by your website hosting, Internet Service Provider or free email service. These are not "true" list building autoresponders and do NOT help you to manage your list of subscribers.

I've added the code to my web page but I can't see my Squeeze box.
Before you can see your squeeze box on your web pages you'll need to upload your web page to your webspace using your favorite FTP program. Once you have uploaded your page with the code in position you should then be able to preview your web page in a web browser like Firefox or Internet Explorer.
If you still can't see your Squeeze box appearing on your web page when you preview it in a web browser please go back and double check the HTML code on your web page. It's possible that you don't have the Javascript code you were given in the correct place on your page.

It's possible that you've installed your ListHero squeeze box without activating it. To activate your ListHero squeeze box please made sure you have it activated within step 2.

How does ListHero work to help me build my list of subscribers?
Great question! It works in a very simple way, every time the ListHero squeeze box you have installed on every web page of your website is seen by 1 person you earn 10 points. For every 10 points you earn you get 1 exposure of your newsletter on someone else's website within their ListHero squeeze box within your chosen category.
All free ListHero accounts come with a bonus of 5,000 points for your newsletter which gives you 500 exposure of your newsletters across the entire ListHero network of websites within the category you've chosen. When you take us up on any of special our upgrades you'll be given 150,000 points each and every month.

How many ListHero accounts can I have?
You can have as many different ListHero accounts as you like. Although we do recommend focusing on building one list at a time to start with until you start building a good solid list of subscribers. The more focused your efforts are the better your long-term results will be.

Will I earn newsletter exposure points by promoting ListHero?
Absolutely! it's only when you promote ListHero that you really begin to benefit in the biggest way possible. We've set up ListHero so it awards points to you for every affiliate you refer 6 levels deep.
So for every person you refer you get 10 points added to your newsletter exposure credits. Then if the person you refer in turn refers someone else you then get 8 points and so on down 6 levels.
Here's how many points you'll earn on each level:
Level 1: 10 points
Level 2: 8 points
Level 3: 6 points
Level 4: 4 points
Level 5: 2 points
Level 6: 1 point
So you can see that whilst you only get 10 points on your leave (level 1) it's when the people you refer start referring others that you really start to see your newsletter exposure points increase. This is where you begin to experience the powerful list building leverage ListHero awards you.

How do I become a ListHero affiliate?
When you opened up your ListHero account you automatically became an affiliate. Provided you've given us your PayPal payment email address you'll be paid affiliate commissions when they become due for payment.

How much money can I earn as a ListHero affiliate?
You'll earn 50% on every sale you make on the upgrades we have available at ListHero. At the moment there are two upgrades available, one is for a single payment of $147 and the other is a for $37 a month. From time to time we include other products and special offers ListHero members can benefit from, you'll get 50% commissions on those too.
The first upgrade is a "one time special offer" and the second upgrade is a "premium features" upgrade. You'll be paid a one time 50% commission of each sale made on the "one time special offer" and a 50% recurring commission each month on the features upgrade, for as long as the upgraded member you referred retains their upgraded account.

How often will I be paid as a ListHero affiliate?
You'll be paid on or around the 1st and 14th of every month via PayPal for all commissions earned that have not been refunded within our 30 day money back guarantee period. Please expect to wait 30 days for your first commission payment to arrive, after this you will receive commissions twice a month depending on when your affiliate sales were made.
Payment will be made to you via PayPal provided you have entered your PayPal email address in your profile in the main members area (you'll see the main members area once your account has been set up). Failure to enter your PayPal email address in the correct form will result in non-payment of any commissions earned, so it's vital that you give us this information.

How do I earn affiliate commissions with ListHero?
Excellent question... there are many ways you can do this starting with doing nothing more than placing a ListHero squeeze box on every page of your website (yes it's possible, all you need is to send traffic to the pages you have where your ListHero squeeze box is installed!).
On the other hand if you want to see bigger residual affiliate commissions then use all the promotional tools we provide you with and tell as many people as possible about ListHero.

Will I earn commissions on multiple levels?
No sorry, because we use PayPal.com to accept payments and pay all our affiliates their terms of use forbid payment on multiple levels, we only offer an affiliate payment on level 1 of 50%. That being said we've hand coded ListHero with several different ways for you to earn your affiliate commissions.
Here are a few of those ways...
1. When someone subscribes to a newsletter from the squeeze box you displayed on your website they'll be given the opportunity to open up a free ListHero account on the subscription "thank you" page. If they upgrade their account you'll automatically get 50% commissions as an affiliate on both the "one time special offer" or the "premium features" upgrade.
2. On every ListHero squeeze box there's a link in the bottom right corner that says "Join ListHero Now" If a visitor to your website clicks on this link they'll be taken to the ListHero signup page where they can open up a free ListHero account. Again if they upgrade their account you'll automatically get 50% commissions as an affiliate on both the "one time special offer" or the "premium features" upgrade (depending on the upgrade they choose).
3. Promote ListHero using your affiliate link. This link will direct people to the ListHero free sign up page. Again if they upgrade their account you'll then get 50% commissions on any sales you make.
